The zips on top both came ripped open. Is this defect or normal?

Our zips are designed to have double zipper system which add strength to the bag under load, allows you to lock the bag, unzip a small part of the bag, and it works for both left and right handed people. We chose Alloy zippers to last, rather than plastic zippers. Lubrication could smoothen the zipping, especially after every washing.

The default zip position does not mean that zip has been ripped apart or faulty. All you need to do is to unzip the zipper to the end and zip it close again. Do this for both sides of the zips. All our bags have gone through inspections. Any defects, we would gladly replace them.

We had installed a collar strap with buckle to secure your pet from jumping out of the pet bag during cycling. Please ensure it is properly buckled and pull the strap to a comfortable length to prevent your pet from getting out.
